One of the EVS project objectives is to work with the

Intrapreneurs is a cultural project and an educational project that uses the methods of the theater as a means of improving youth entrepreneurship.

The overall objective of our project is to encourage young people to take their work more firmly with balance and bring your own path through improvisational theater activities. Furthermore, the project has a number of specific objectives, aimed at improving the skills and competencies of the participants, promoting active participation in social life of the communities and local people with fewer opportunities, multiplying the results achieved by the project, the promotion of Erasmus + and other.

The design concept was developed in the context of the alarming figures for the low employment rate of young people reflected in a series of studies conducted at national and European level.

The YE expected "Impropreneurs" aims to bring together 30 young people from six different countries, which are Poland, Lithuania, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy and Portugal. The main target group of the project is young people between 18 and 30 years by groups such as students and young workers who are interested in actively improving communication skills and are willing to learn how to overcome the obstacles they face in their work and social environment.
